What started as a traditional confectionery business in Germany has evolved into a globally active brand builder with one clear conviction: even the smallest product on the shelf deserves exceptional quality, purposeful design, and uncompromising natural ingredients.

Today, we produce over 750 million sugar-free mints per year, exporting to markets across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the Americas. Our brands – including Compass and Compass Intense – stand for clean recipes, real essential oils, no aspartame, and a design language that turns a simple mint tin into a statement piece.

We believe that confectionery can be both indulgent and responsible. That packaging can be beautiful and sustainable. And that a product consumed in seconds can still create a lasting brand experience.

As a privately owned German manufacturer with 40 dedicated team members, we combine flexibility with industrial precision. We develop both our own brands and tailor-made concepts for retail partners who are looking to elevate their mint assortment beyond commodity products.
